This creator, incidentally, had already invented Kamaji back in 2007 (a game in which you cross out, on a numeral grid, straight-line runs of digits whose sum is fixed). "Yakazu" (not to be confused with "Yazuka", the Japanese "mafia"), by contrast, requires neither calculation nor any prior knowledge: you simply need to place all the numbers from 1 to n in every row or column of length n.
