The Culture and Mathematical Games Fair returns from Thursday 27 May to Sunday 30 May. This 22nd edition, on the theme “Let’s bite into maths”, will be held entirely online at https://salon-math.fr.
This year’s fair, whose patron is mathematician and 2020 Nobel Prize in Physics winner Roger Penrose (see Tangente 198), offers a “showcase for mathematics” aimed at a broad audience, from children to adults. It will feature around forty stands, including those of Tangente and Club Tangente. Highlights include the André Parent Prize ceremony, the Euromath Cup and several tournaments open to all, including mental arithmetic and Hex.
