From 2012 onward, he developed a lecture entitled "The Best and Worst of Poincaré's Errors," which he took on tour in France—and abroad. Several versions are available online, as well as in the four-DVD box set "Un mathématicien aux métallos" (A Mathematician at Les Métallos), containing eight and a half hours of lectures by the cravat-wearing mathematician.
Better still, Cédric Villani adapted his lecture into an article, which appeared in our pages (see Ambassadeurs français des mathématiques (French Ambassadors of Mathematics), Bibliothèque Tangente 48, 2013).
